Shipping RatesFor all standard size ground shipments, we charge a flat rate per order. For oversized items, please call for a quote. We offer second day and overnight shipping for an additional fee. These fees are estimated on the website. The exact shipping charged are determiend by the weight fo your package and zip code. Please call for the exact shipping charges. We are unable to ship your package until we receive your authorization.
Shipping and Handling InformationWe will attempt to ship via UPS or post office all in-stock items within 24 hours of receiving your order. You may choose to expedite delivery for an additional charge. All overnight or second day shipping must be shipped to a physical address and not to a post office box.
Holidays and weekends are not considered shipping days for UPS or the Post Office. When figuring anticipated arrival of your package, please do not include holidays or weekends. All overnight and second day orders must be received by 2:00pm to go out that same day. Please call to verify the shipping charges and that all items requested are in stock. Canadian orders will ship UPS when possible. With a minimum charge of $15. Depending on size and weight of package, additional charges may apply. The actual cost of shipping will be ultimately charged.

We understand that after 130 years of using traditional incandescent bulbs, people may be a little hesitant to try something new. With that in mind, we want to make the choice to switch to Classyke bulbs as easy as possible. Our Easy Returns Program is specifically designed to remove the fear and uncertainty of LEDs for individual consumers. Simply try any of our Classyke products for 30 Days. If you are not 100% satisfied within 30 days, return the products to us for a full refund of the product costs.
Upon receiving your returned product back at our returns warehouse, you will receive a refund via the payment method used when you placed your order. If you desire to purchase a different product, please place a new order at your convenience.
Of course, a couple conditions do apply. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. All products must be returned in as-new, re-sellable condition, in original retail packaging. Products with damaged packaging (dented or crushed) will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. We cannot accept product with destroyed, unusable or missing packaging. Credit will not be issued for product returned without original retail packing and buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to reclaim product from Classyke. We apologize but our fulfillment centers are not able to accept will-call deliveries for returns for insurance reasons.

All of the LED bulbs we offer are covered by a manufacturer warranty. Please submit defective claims via our warranty request form and someone from our Warranty Department will be in touch the following business day to help get your product replaced.
Special orders containing non-stock items - including all fixtures and troffers - are sold as final-sale. These kinds of purchases can incur large restock fees from the vendor/factory and are expensive to ship. If your order contains these items, please contact us directly. In the event that an exception is made and a return is allowed, additional restocking fees will likely apply. Unauthorized products returned through will incur a minimum 50% restocking fee.
Damaged or Refused Shipments
Packages damaged in shipping must be reported within 5 days of receipt by contacting us. Due to our extensive fulfillment network, refused packages may not end up at our returns facility. Classyke will not accept responsibility for refused packages.
Classyke will open a claim with the carrier and arrange for replacements as quickly as possible. Time is of the essence so we appreciate your quick notification. Additional restocking fees will apply to damaged product returned using the easy trial form below.
Failure to Obtain RMA
Classyke is not responsible for product returned without authorization. By using the form below, your qualified product will arrive safely in our return warehouse. Classyke uses an extensive fulfillment network and is not responsible for product returned to an unapproved warehouse without the use of an approved RMA number.
